You’ve Been Strong for Long Enough.

Trauma doesn’t just disappear with time. It lives in your body, keeping you on high alert, pushing you to over-function, to hold everything together — at work, at home, for everyone else.

You’ve learned to perform, to smile, to push through. You’ve been the dependable one, the one who never falls apart. On the outside, you look “high functioning.” Inside, you may feel anxious, hollow, disconnected, or so, so tired.

You’ve done what you had to do to survive.
But survival is not the same as living.

Therapy intensives are a chance to pause. To set down the weight you’ve been carrying and finally look at the wounds that shaped you — with support, compassion, and time to go deep.

  • This is where we untangle survival mode.

  • This is where you stop proving your worth.

  • This is where you reclaim your truth.

  • This is where you come home to yourself.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of shame, to over-give, to contort yourself to keep everyone else happy, and still wonder if it will ever be enough. I know the quiet pain of lying awake at night thinking, “Something has to change — but I don’t know how.”

Here’s the truth: you don’t have to do this alone anymore.

In our work together, we’ll create a safe, focused space where you can slow down, feel your feelings without being consumed by them, and gently unlearn the patterns that are no longer serving you. Using somatic, relational, and holistic approaches, you’ll:

  • Learn to feel safer in your body

  • Release old survival strategies that are keeping you stuck

  • Grow deep trust in yourself

  • Build a life that feels grounded, free, and yours

You’ve carried this long enough.
It’s time to come back to yourself.
It’s time to awaken, heal, and thrive.

You’ve done what you needed to survive—but now you’re ready for more than just surviving. I help individuals break free from patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-silencing that keep them feeling small and stuck. My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Together, we work to move you from surviving to thriving, so you can feel more whole, more present, and more fully alive.

Therapy Intensives (available Spring 2026) give you the space to slow down, breathe, and go deeper than weekly sessions allow. Time expands so we can process, release, and integrate fully—without rushing. You’ll leave with insight, tools, and momentum that keep the healing going long after the session ends.

A therapy intensive is an investment in yourself, your healing, and your future. By dedicating several hours in one day, you can experience weeks or even months' worth of progress in a single session. This concentrated time allows us to go deeper, resolve more, and create lasting change without the stop-and-start of weekly therapy.

Therapy Intensives

 FAQs

  • Weekly therapy is like taking steady, small steps toward healing. A therapy intensive is like taking a focused leap forward. Instead of short check-ins, we dedicate several uninterrupted hours to go deep—processing, integrating, and breaking patterns that often take months to address in weekly sessions. You leave with clarity, momentum, and tools that support lasting change.

  • Therapy intensives are ideal for individuals who are ready to go deeper, make meaningful progress quickly, and tackle patterns or challenges that have kept them stuck. They are perfect for those navigating trauma, burnout, relational patterns, major life transitions, or anyone seeking a concentrated, transformative experience beyond weekly sessions.

  • Expect a safe, focused, and supportive space for deep work. Sessions may include guided conversation, somatic practices, IFS, EMDR, and other integrative approaches tailored to your needs. Breaks and grounding exercises are included to help you process fully. You will leave with insight, tools, and momentum that carry forward beyond the session.

  • Intensives are offered as half-day (3 hours) or full-day (5–6 hours) sessions. Both formats provide uninterrupted, focused time for processing, reflection, and integration—allowing you to make progress that often takes weeks in weekly therapy.

    • Pre-intensive intake session: 50 minutes (BCBS eligible) to clarify goals and prepare for the work

    • The intensive session: half- or full-day, tailored to your needs using integrative approaches

    • Post-intensive integration session: 50 minutes (BCBS eligible) to process insights and solidify progress

    • Any handouts or resources to support continued growth
